The original version of our terms and conditions is written in French. We provide translations in other languages, but translation errors may occur. In the event of any discrepancy between the translations and the original version, the latter shall prevail.Both parties (buyer and LE GUILLANTON Charles-Alexandre) accept the general terms and conditions of sale without reservation, and these shall prevail over any other existing conditions (unless previously waived in writing).
1. Prices
The prices communicated on the www.enrenement-math.com website are exclusively expressed in euros and include the cost of final transport by chronopost for delivery in mainland France. The final order confirmation indicates the final total price including all French taxes. This final price then includes: the price of the products, handling, packaging and transport costs. LE GUILLANTON Charles-Alexandre reserves the right to modify its prices, without justification, at any time.2. Product description
The various photos on www.enrenement-math.com have no contractual value, but are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. Possible differences between the representation of the product and the product itself cannot imply the cancellation of the order by the buyer if they do not influence the quality and essential characteristics of the product. The buyer has the fullest right to request further information at 06 99 81 06 00 or by e-mail at enrenement.math@gmail.com.3. Delivery
Shipping costs depend on the total cost of the order, its weight and volume. In the event of delayed delivery due to one of our products being out of stock, additional shipping costs will not be charged to the buyer. Delivery is made once payment has been made.Reservations : Our goods always travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, who must safeguard his rights vis-à-vis the carrier himself, whoever he may be, by making all the usual reservations with him, at the time of receipt and then by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 72 hours, this in accordance with the law and in particular with the provisions of articles 133-3 of the French Commercial Code.
In the event of trace(s) of deterioration(s), it is the buyer's responsibility to report the incident precisely on the carrier's slip and to notify LE GUILLANTON Charles-Alexandre. All returns of any kind must be reported to LE GUILLANTON Charles-Alexandre by telephone at 06 99 81 06 00 or by e-mail at enrenement.math@gmail.com within 14 working days of receipt of the package.
4. Ordering and delivery times
All orders are placed directly online at www.enrenement-math.com. If necessary, the buyer can send an e-mail to enrenement.math@gmail.com or contact the store on 06 99 81 06 00.Any buyer wishing to place an order must accept the general terms and conditions of sale, he then undertakes to respect them as fully as possible. The buyer also undertakes to check the details of his order before validating it.
LE GUILLANTON Charles-Alexandre can in no way be held responsible for any typing errors made by the buyer that may have negative consequences on his order. Delivery times are only effective when the order is declared to be "in progress", meaning that payment for the order has been validated. Delivery times are given for information only. These are generally 10 days.
LE GUILLANTON Charles-Alexandre undertakes to dispatch the order within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase (Hamon law).
5. Terms of payment
Payment for orders is made exclusively by bank card (secure payment).Payment by bank card is made online via the secure payment method on stripe.com
Note that LE GUILLANTON Charles-Alexandre reserves the right to refuse to process an order paid for with a strange(re) card whose payment is not guaranteed by the bank protection system. The order will then be cancelled and not dispatched.
All these conditions are valid, except in the case of a commercial agreement with LE GUILLANTON Charles-Alexandre.
6. Refund
Any refund or exchange will be considered in the event of a product defect, the costs will be at our expense.In the event of a refund request, the deadline for notifying LE GUILLANTON Charles-Alexandre and effecting the return of the product is 14 days from the day of receipt of the product(s) concerned. Once the return has been validated by our services, the refund will be made to the purchaser's credit card or by cheque made out to the purchaser and sent to the billing address, within a maximum of 30 days. Please note that no returns can be made on a cash-on-delivery basis.
7. Right of withdrawal
In application of article L121-20 of the consumer code (LOI HAMON), the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his order to withdraw. The buyer has 14 clear days from delivery of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal. Products must be returned intact and unused to the following address: LE GUILLANTON Charles-Alexandre, 17 place du center commercial, 82710 BRESSOLS.Please note that made-to-measure items cannot be returned or exchanged.A return request must be made in advance by e-mail to the following address: enrenement.math@gmail.com. Return postage will be charged to the customer. Please note that in the event of a return with refund of a product for which the shipping costs were free, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer and the outbound shipping costs (offered in advance) will be deducted from the refund.
8. Information
All elements appearing on the www.enrenement-math.com website remain the intellectual and physical property of LE GUILLANTON Charles-Alexandre. Any reproduction, exploitation or distribution, even partial, is strictly forbidden.LE GUILLANTON Charles-Alexandre will have its obligations suspended and its responsibilities disengaged in the event of the occurrence of force majeure events. Force majeure events are considered to be all unforeseeable, undesirable events beyond the control of the various parties involved in the current process). Personal and/or private information provided by the purchaser is requested solely for the purpose of efficiently processing the order and issuing invoices. The purchaser has the right to access, modify and delete his or her personal data (in accordance with law N°78-17 of January 6, 1978). LE GUILLANTON Charles-Alexandre undertakes not to communicate, whether free of charge or in return for payment, the contact details of its purchasers to a third party.
